During your first visit to the gym we will ask you to fill in a pre-exercise questionnaire, which allows us to assess your current fitness levels and your objectives. We will then design your own individual fitness programs and show you how you should perform each exercise correctly and safely. This consultation should last for approximately one hour and will be carried out by a fully qualified instructor.

Types of Membership

There are two types of membership available: Full and Off-peak There is no joining fee for any of the memberships, we believe that joining fees discourage you from getting started.

Full membership lasts one year at a time and includes use of the gym at any time of the day and to participate in any of the classes (either studio based or gym based). It includes an initial assessment and prescription of a workout programs, regular reviews and new workout program’s. You may choose to pay your yearly membership by one single payment or by twelve monthly payments by standing order.

Off-peak membership lasts one year at a time and includes use of the gym during off-peak hours; which are Mondays to Fridays from, when we open, at participation in any of the classes that are scheduled for off-peak times (either studio or gym based). It also includes an initial assessment and prescription of a workout programs, regular reviews and new workout program’s as the full membership. You may choose to pay your yearly membership by one single payment or by twelve monthly payments by standing order.
